Buck Endemann is a partner in the San Francisco office of the global law firm K&L Gates. During the past decade, he has focused on the regulatory, commercial and land use aspects of renewable energy and infrastructure projects throughout the western United States, with an emphasis on California.

Endemann also is well-versed in the primary federal and state laws protecting air, water and species, including the federal Renewable Fuel Standard and California's Low Carbon Fuel Standard. He edits the K&L Gates Energy Storage Handbook and co-authors the biweekly Blockchain Energizer.

A former San Diego resident, Endemann received his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and served as a clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Thomas J. Whelan in the Southern District of California.
