Approaches to Achieving Zero Net Energy for Multifamily Housing

The Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE) invites city officials, multifamily building owners, facility managers and contractors to attend a free webinar which will showcase resources for reaching Zero Net Energy (ZNE) in the multifamily building sector from start to finish.

Panelists will discuss the regulatory landscape and evolving ZNE definition, how to create a realistic ZNE capital improvement plan, which energy efficiency (EE) measures can be targeted first or phased in, as well as how the solar photovoltaic technology, in conjunction with the virtual net metering (VNEM) tariff, can provide a a pathway for reaching ZNE goals. We will also hear from an existing ZNE multifamily project in California as a case study.
