Employment

Creating a Sustainable Energy Future is Our Job.  Make it Yours, too.
CCSE is only as good as the people who work here. Whether we're administering a program, presenting a workshop, or hosting an event, we do it better when we do it together. If one person can make a difference, together we can change the world - and that's a great return on our investment.

Working at CCSE is about its:

  • People.  We attract and recruit the finest people in the region.  CCSE is its people and the values which we live.  We build our organization from within and act on the conviction that the men and women of CCSE always will be our most important asset.
  • Values.  Accountability.  Efficiency.  Integrity. Objectivity.  Respect. Teamwork.  These are the core values that we inject in everything we do, everyday.
  • Purpose.  We impact and improve the lives of people every day by creating a sustainable energy future.
  • Passion.  We are passionate about being green.  At CCSE, it’s just not a color.  It’s a way of life.

What you can expect from us:
Opportunities to learn, engage and make an impact. And a work environment that's positive, inclusive and inspiring. Each and every day.

What we expect from you:
A commitment to apply your passion and talents, while making a positive impact within CCSE, the community, and yourself.

We invest in people who share our values and passion for a sustainable energy future.  A career at CCSE offers a chance to create that future.  If you want a company whose actions reflect their passion and whose people live their values, then you should consider a career at CCSE.

Notable & Quotable

"Don't get me wrong: I love nuclear energy! It's just that I prefer fusion to fission. And it just so happens that there's an enormous fusion reactor safely banked a few million miles from us. It delivers more than we could ever use in just about 8 minutes. And it's wireless! ."

- William McDonough
