ENERGY PLANNING GUIDE

The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) Energy Planning Guide (EPG) was created to provide San Diego County school districts with a plain language resource for understanding how to approach reducing district wide energy consumption through energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

SDCOE partnered with CCSE in 2009 to provide a convenient way for San Diego County Schools to assist with energy auditing, economic validations and project consulting. In addition, the SDCOE hired CCSE to develop a county-centric resource that consolidates the wealth of information provided through our consulting services, our administration of many local incentive programs and our policy work at the state level into a document that is easy to read even if you don’t have a technical background.
