• Find the right staff- The Green Career Network has an on-line job board where you can post your jobs and search resumes.
• Get paid to hire- Employers can take advantage of On-the-Job Training programs and be reimbursed for up to 50 percent of the wages or salaries earned by eligible new workers during their training period.
• Train your staff- The Clean Energy Workforce Training Program can offset the cost to train new or incumbent workers in the area of energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable energy. Contact one of the training providers on this list for more information. The San Diego Workforce Partnership can also provide customized training for your staff.
• Get help- Groups like the Small Business Administration, SCORE and the Small Business Development Center provide free business counseling, workshops and training to help grow your business.
