The SDERC is a program jointly provided by the California Center for Sustainable Energy ( CCSE) and San Diego Gas & Electric ( SDG&E).

The SDERC is funded by California utility customers and administer by San Diego Gas & Electric Company under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
