About AVRP

The Airport Vehicle Rebate Program ( AVRP) is part of statewide efforts to reduce air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions by increasing the use of cleaner transportation. HOW TO APPLY FOR A REBATE:

Check Eligible Vehicles and Available Funding

Before you apply be sure you are eligible for the program by reading the vehicle eligibility and applicant guidelines section ( AVRP Implementation Manual).

Check available funding in real time by checking AVRP available funding.

Apply for a Rebate

Once you have purchased, ordered or leased an eligible vehicle go to the eligible vehicle list (taxi/sedan eligible list or shuttle eligible list) and click on the Apply for a Rebate link under each vehicle to begin the application process.

To apply for a rebate click on the Apply for a Rebate link under the eligible vehicle and fill out the online application.

Once the online application is received, CCSE will send a confirmation via email with a pdf version of your application attached.

Print the application, sign and return it along with proof of vehicle purchase or lease to CCSE:

Please submit only one application for each vehicle. If you meet all the eligibility requirements and have submitted the printed, signed application and proof of ownership, CCSE will notify you via email of your rebate reservation.

Receive Your Rebate

Once CCSE has received notification that your vehicle has been permitted for use at the San Diego Airport and you have met all eligibility guidelines, your rebate will be sent to you within 30 days.
