Information: As a member of the transportation team, Heather assists with the development, implementation, and management of a recently-funded alternative fuel vehicle rebate program at the San Diego International Airport.

Additionally, she performs ongoing coordination with the San Diego Regional Clean Fuels Coalition, a member of the national Clean Cities program funded by the Department of Energy to encourage public/private partnerships aimed at promoting alternative fuels and advanced vehicles, fuel blends, fuel economy, hybrid vehicles, and idle reduction. She is also responsible for event planning and membership coordination for the Clean Fuels Coalition, convening stakeholder working groups, application processing related to the Airport vehicle rebate program, marketing and outreach, customer inquiries, mandatory reporting, business development, and the preparation of grant applications for new programs.
