Application Process

Apply for the California Solar Initiative rebates using any of the following processes:

PLEASE NOTE:

CCSE Residential and Non-Residential applicatons will be confirmed under the current Step 7 incentive rate. Please visit the statewide Trigger Tracker http://www.csi-trigger.com/ for today's status. Please be aware that the incentive rate is not determined until a project is ready for a reservation.

  • Projects submitted via the online application tool, PowerClerk, with all documentation attached will be given first priority in the review process.
  • Projects submitted in paper form (through the mail or hand delivered) will be reviewed after the PowerClerk submittals for the same day.
  • All paper applications will be dated stamped upon arrival to  CCSE's office and the receptionist will provide you with a delivery confirmation receipt.
  • The Excel based application from is no longer accepted.
  • Projects missing any required documentation will be suspended and will enter the queue on the date the remaining documentation is submitted.
  • Projects will NOT be reviewed until the projec is submitted (make sure to click submit) and all the information (suppoting documentation) has been uploaded or received in the mail.
