Due to limited program funds, ALL Residential photovoltaic (PV) and Single-Family Residential electric and propane displacing solar water heating (SWH) applications received after 5:00 p.m. (PST), Tuesday, January 22, 2013 will be placed on the Wait List.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Starting October 7, 2011, the EPBB Incentive Calculator (www.csi-epbb.com) will be integrated into the PowerClerk online application tool (csi.powerclerk.com). Applicants will no longer be required to submit the EPBB Tool Calculation printout as part of the application. However, the EPBB Incentive Calculator website will remain available for anyone who wishes to use it for system sizing and incentive calculations.
  • The CSI Application Process is completely online. No paper application documents will be accepted.
  • Please visit the statewide Trigger Tracker to see the current incentive level. Be aware that the incentive rate is not determined until a project receives a CSI reservation confirmation notification.
