Reservation Request
- Completed Reservation Request Form with Signatures (you can obtain this form from Power Clerk)
- Electrical System Sizing Documentation for projects > 5 kW (new/expanded load only)
- Documentation of an Energy Efficiency for retrofit buildings – choose one of the following:
- Energy Efficiency Audit (http://204.12.122.45/SDGE/Navigator/CH_Welcome.aspx)
- Title 24 within the last 3 years
- Copy of signed
Commercial Energy Efficiency Disclosure Form

Commercial Energy Efficiency Commitment Agreement for EPBB Existing Commercial Buildings ≥ 100,000 sq.ft. and Benchmarking <75 - Copy of Executed Agreement of Solar Energy System Purchase and Installation
- Copy of Executed Alternative System Ownership Agreement (If System Owner is different from Host Customer)
- Certification of tax-exemption (Gov’t and Nonprofit only)
Authorization to Receive Customer Information
Additional Required Documents for Non-Residential New Construction:- Proof of at least 15% above Title 24 Standards (PERF-1 Form Certificate signed by a Certified Energy Plans Examiner (CEPE)

NOTE: All systems 10 kW and smaller are required to receive an up-front Expected Performance-Based Buydown (EPBB) payment.

NOTE: All EPBB systems over 10 kW are required to retain a Performance Monitoring and Reporting Service (PMRS) and report 15-minute interval kWh production data to the Program Administrators on a quarterly basis for five years. See the list of eligible PMRS Providers.
