Contractors

Eligible Contractor Requirements

Except for those systems that are self-installed, all systems must be installed by appropriately
licensed California contractors in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the State of
California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). Installation contractors must have an
active A, B, C-10, or a C-46 license for photovoltaic ( PV) systems.

The Program Administrator will verify that the Installer has an active license with the California
Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB), in accordance with the above requirement, during
Reservation Confirmation stage.
