CPUC's Ruling Lifting Temporary Postponement on Issuance of Certain Reservation Notices Under The California Solar Initiative

The California Center for Sustainable Energy ( CCSE) would like to update you on the ruling of the California Public Utilities Commission ( CPUC) with regards to the California Solar Initiative ( CSI).  The CPUC has ruled that: “The California Solar Initiative Program Administrators (PAs) shall ensure that all applicants are notified that the temporary postponement on the issuance of confirmed reservations contained in the July 9, 2010 ACR, is lifted.”

While no immediate changes were made to the CSI Program, the CPUC has directed PAs to resume processing all applications in the same manner as they were prior to the postponement on July 9th, 2010.  This does not presume that the CPUC will not make changes to the CSI Program in the future.
