Green Grad Education & Training Upgrade Program for Low Income Individuals
- Two weeks of hands-on upgrade training in HVAC, insulation, and more
- One week of classroom training in computer skills, customer service and sales
- Thirty hour paid internship with a local home performance contractor participating in Energy Upgrade California™
Applicant Requirements
- Fifteen students will be accepted to the training session beginning in late January 2012.
- Course fee: $50 (payable to CCSE on Day 1 of the program).
Applicants must
- Earn less than or equal to the Maximum Income Threshold*
- Recent graduates of a complementary green training program
- Be 18 years or older
- Be able to work in the United States
- Have relevant hands-on construction/upgrade experience
