Information: Agnes Stupak is a program manager for the SGIP program at the California Center for Sustainable Energy (CCSE).

She is responsible for the development and implementation of the MASH program which focuses on the San Diego region’s low-income population. This program promotes the installation of solar-electric systems on apartment buildings where residents are low-income families. She provides guidance and technical advice to applicants and participating vendors and installers to ensure program success. Agnes oversees program procedures and standards; provides marketing and outreach support; monitor program budgets; and oversees the monitoring and verification process.
