Updates about MASH Track 1 & 2

These are some of the current updates and changes on the MASH program:

TRACK 1:

Currently Track 1 is fully subscribed. We encourage applicants to submit projects for the waitlist.

TRACK 2:

The California Public Utilites Commission ( CPUC) has granted a recent request by Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing ( MASH) program administrators to postpone the fourth semiannual application cycle for Track 2 incentives, which was scheduled to begin Jan. 1, 2011, until the Commission rules on a range of proposed changes to the program's budget.

MASH Track 2: Full Steam Ahead

The Multifamily Affordable Solar Housing ( MASH) program provides incentive funds for solar PV power systems on qualifying low-income properties as part of the California Solar Initiative. One program, called Track 2, is a competitive grant proposal that allows property owners to get higher incentive payments.
