In addition to providing added incentives to qualifying ESAP and MIDI participants, the SDHEU program provides a matching incentive to those projects that qualify and participate in the general market Energy Upgrade California program.
In order to qualify for the SDHEU matching incentive, customers must complete either a Basic Path or Advanced Path upgrade with a participating Energy Upgrade California contractor . The property receiving the upgrades must be located within the City of San Diego, and the customer must also meet the eligible income qualifications:
