The SDHEU matching incentives are in addition to Energy Upgrade California, and require that the customer live in the City of San Diego. The contractor must continue to follow the appropriate Energy Upgrade California steps/guidelines throughout the SDHEU process.

It is the Contractor’s responsibility to provide copies of the signed forms upon the customer’s request.
