SDHEU combines with San Diego Gas & Electric’s energy efficiency programs to provide City of San Diego residents with comprehensive, whole-house energy savings solutions. Residents living in both single-family homes and multifamily units who meet the following income qualifications are eligible to participate in the SDHEU program.
