They have a reputation for designing and implementing innovative programs that have sustained success and continue to contribute to energy efficiency in buildings. HMG has extensive experience in energy efficiency in multifamily housing (new and existing) and specifically in affordable housing (including single family and multifamily). RHA has over 30 years of experience administering and implementing large-scale investor-owned utilities' energy efficiency programs, developing installation and weatherization standards, providing technical and training support, tracking measure costs and conducting on-site inspection of completed or installed program services.
Environmental Health Coalition (EHC) - EHC builds grassroots campaigns to confront and mitigate the unjust consequences of toxic pollution, discriminatory land use and unsustainable energy policies. Through leader development, organizing and advocacy, EHC improves the health of children, families, neighborhoods and the natural environment in the San Diego/Tijuana region. EHC is a proven, trusted messenger and has a strong and long-term commitment to low-income communities and to our region with a focus on two unifying issues: sustainable energy for climate justice and community-driven land use planning. These issues build on our successes, unify our communities and allow EHC to advance policies with broader impact at the local, state, national and international levels. Our Green Energy Good Jobs Campaign seeks to reduce carbon emissions, promote sustainable energy in our communities and foster an inclusive green economy in the San Diego region.
