Dear Solar Water Heating Professionals and Self-Installers,
The City of Palo Alto and the California Center for Sustainable Energy will be holding the next contractor and self-installer training class for the Solar Water Heating Program on Tuesday, November 17, 2009. If you’re a first time attendee or would like to send other installers or staff, reserve your space as soon as possible.
Attendance at one of the training classes is a prerequisite for contractor and self-installer participation in the program. In order to collect incentives from the program, at least one employee from your firm MUST attend one of these workshops. We encourage you to send lead installers, designers and salespeople who focus on solar water heating systems. Topics for the workshop include an introduction to the Solar Water Heating Program, a presentation on the Solar Rating & Certification Corporation (SRCC) guidelines, and program installation requirements.
