SANDEE Awards recognize San Diego’s sustainable energy leaders
Do you know of a business, organization or individual who made significant energy savings or adopted sustainable energy practices during this past year? If so, then they may deserve a SANDEE Award for their efforts.
The San Diego Excellence in Energy (SANDEE) Awards are presented annually by the California Center for Sustainable Energy ( CCSE), a nonprofit organization that helps San Diegans adopt greener practices and save energy and money through rebates, expert services and education. The SANDEEs are the premier annual awards for acknowledging San Diegans who have made a significant commitment to energy efficiency, energy conservation, renewable energy or greenhouse gas reduction.
Nominations for the 2009 SANDEEs are due by Jan. 18, 2010. A panel of energy experts and industry leaders will serve on the selection committee. SANDEE Award winners will be recognized at a reception to be held March 25, 2010.
