will discuss opportunities and essentials for starting up and expanding sustainable businesses at a workshop hosted by the California Center for Sustainable Energy ( CCSE) from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2011. Croston will discuss how businesses focusing on sustainability can thrive even in these challenging economic times.
Croston’s workshop on “Sustainability and Business—What's In It for Me?” is free and will be given at CCSE's Energy Resource Center, 8690 Balboa Ave., San Diego. For more information and registration, visit www.energycenter.org/business or call (858) 244-1177.

"With so many opportunities in a rapidly growing field, one in which you can build a successful business while creating a better world, the choice to go green seems simple to me," Croston said. "In the future there won't be any green businesses, because they will all be green. One of them can be yours, if you find the right opportunity, make the move and get started today."
A book sale and signing will take place after the event at CCSE's Energy Resource Library.
