CCSE is now preparing for its Energy All-Star Awards, recognizing San Diego County’s foremost accomplishments that exemplify the best in energy efficiency, energy conservation, renewable energy measures and greenhouse gas reduction. The awards, formerly known as the San Diego Excellence in Energy (SANDEE) Awards, will honor winners in each of the following categories:

  • Sustainable Transportation
  • Outstanding Building or Project
  • Outstanding Homeowner
  • Outstanding Organization
  • Community Leadership

You will be able to nominate your business, organization or agency for this recognition as well as your clients and colleagues for their sustainable energy practices. Winners will join an illustrious list of past recipients, such as QUALCOMM, UC San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Kyocera, the San Diego Convention Center and many others.

The Energy All-Star Awards presentation ceremony will be held in March at the Joan B. Kroc Institute for Peace & Justice at the University of San Diego with the date and time to be announced in January. We’ll be sending out notices of the call for nominations soon, or you can check at www.energycenter.org for information and forms as they are posted.
