Andy Black is a Solar Financial Analyst and CEO ofOnGrid Solar. OnGrid Solar makes the OnGrid Tool for solar financial analysis & sales to assist dealers, installers and their salespeople in making a complete and compelling sales presentation.

Andy Hoskinson, San Diego Area Manager for ECOtality North America, is the EV Project lead for the San Diego region.  Andy is guiding local stakeholders in planning plug-in electric vehicle infrastructure for the San Diego region and is coordinating local jurisdictions’ readiness for significant plug-in electric vehicle infrastructure improvements within the coming year. 

Annie Henderson is the Program Director for Renewable Funding.  Renewable Funding provides turnkey administration, financing and technology services for clean energy programs to hundreds of cities and counties across the country. Annie brings a wealth of experience in the renewable energy industry.

Eric Jacobs is Vice President of Salas O'Brien’s Southern California office located in Long Beach, California. He has 22 years of experience in construction, construction management, design, and planning.

George Beeler is an architect with 35 years experience; with 25 years as principal architect with AIM Associates, Petaluma, CA. He has designed or managed a wide range of project types from technically demanding pharmaceutical laboratories, National Science Foundation award winning Environmental Technology Center, offices, conference centers, high performance public and private schools, wineries, aesthetically demanding custom homes to socially responsible affordable homes. Kristin Rock is the Energy Manager for PETCO Animal Supplies Stores Inc, headquartered in San Diego.

Martin Morehouse is the Solar Thermal Department Manager at Sun Light & Power.  He has been involved in every step of the process: designing, building, commissioning, and monitoring commercial solar water heating installations.

Mary Nickerson is national manager for Cross-vehicle marketing for Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), U.S.A. Inc.  She is responsible for leading, developing, coordinating and executing a market-preparedness strategy for the launch of plug-in hybrid, battery- electric and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

A 5 year solar industry veteran, Maxwell manages all sales activities for REC Solar in California. He currently oversees 10 sales regions with annual sales growth over 75 percent. Under his leadership, REC Solar has grown to become one of the largest solar system integrators in the United States.

Michael R. Niggli is the president and chief operating officer (COO) of San Diego Gas & Electric ( SDG&E), one of Sempra Energy’s regulated California utilities.

Molly Tirpak Sterkel is currently the Program and Project Supervisor for the Distributed Generation and California Solar Initiative section in the Energy Division at the California Public Utilities Commission ( CPUC).
