K. Harley McDonald, Business Developer for Iberdrola Renewables, is responsible for the development of wind energy projects throughout California.

She led permitting of the first wind farm in coastal California and has worked extensively with regional and national environmental groups, DoD and BLM interests, and a variety of additional governmental agencies to ensure that comprehensive mitigation plans are in place for the responsible treatment of California’s natural resources.

Before joining Iberdrola Renewables, Ms. McDonald was involved in the development of both wind and solar utility projects across the Midwest and Western Regions. She has a background in Archaeology and a Masters Degree from Indiana University.
