Andy Hoskinson, San Diego Area Manager for ECOtality North America, is the EV Project lead for the San Diego region.  Andy is guiding local stakeholders in planning plug-in electric vehicle infrastructure for the San Diego region and is coordinating local jurisdictions’ readiness for significant plug-in electric vehicle infrastructure improvements within the coming year. 

Prior to joining ECOtality North America, Andy spent over a decade with several municipal and private urban planning organizations in the San Diego region.  He has served as project manager on commercial, hospitality and industrial development projects, as well as developed municipal and special district infrastructure plans for capital improvements as varied as transportation and fire protection facilities.  Andy studied urban planning at University of California at San Diego, community and regional planning at the University of Oregon and business at San Diego State University.
