Mr. Brown has over five years of public service with the County of San Diego as a Land Use and environmental Planner. His current primary duties are as a Land Use and Environmental Planner the management of highly controversial land use projects within the renewable energy field.
Mr. Brown is currently the Project Manager, Environmental and Land Use Planner for the processing of multiple Major Use Permits applications for Major Impact Service Utilities to allow for the renewable power generation and transmission in the Jacumba, Boulevard, Borrego Springs and Ocotillo Wells Communities
