Residential Retrofit Summit Presentations

Upcoming programs in 2010, including SDG&E’s Prescriptive Whole House Retrofit Program, a pending federal program called HOMESTAR and municipally sponsored PACE (property assessed clean energy) loan programs, will create a huge demand for home energy retrofits and an increased need for qualified contractors who can perform residential retrofit work. To prepare San Diego for these programs, the California Energy Commission, Center for Sustainable Energy and San Diego Gas & Electric hosted a Residential Retrofit Summit.
