CCSE (formerly SDREO), in partnership with the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, Port of San Diego, San Diego County Water Authority, San Diego Association of Governments and the Utility Consumers Action Network (UCAN) (the “Project Team”) recently completed a comprehensive study to evaluate the long-term need for energy infrastructure in the region. The study was completed by San Diego-based Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).
