Bernardo Gardeners Club |
of Rancho Bernardo was founded in 1974 by Alma Lee to pursue her interest in gardening. Success is based on the efforts of dedicated members who support each other to achieve our goals. Together, we continue to grow in both membership and scope. The focus is on creating and promoting projects pertinent to general gardening, floral and landscape design, plants and wildlife, conservation of natural resources, and the beautification of the neighborhood. Additionally, members enjoy tours of nurseries, botanical gardens, private member gardens, and other interesting garden-related field trips.

Bonita Organic Garden Club |
has been helping area residents learn about gardening without pesticides and chemical agents for years. They meet monthly, all year round, and have speakers on organic gardening and related topics. They learn from the speakers and from other members of our club, many of whom were doing organic gardening long before it became popular.

Bonita Valley Garden Club |
was founded in 1972 and has about 75 members. Their aim is to keep the Bonita area beautiful by protecting native plants and wildlife, stimulate interest in good gardening, and promote garden club activities. Participation in the club is open to everyone.

Carlsbad Garden Club |
purpose is to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening among amateurs, to aid in the protection of native plants, trees and birds, and to aid and encourage civic planting and beautification.

Descanso Garden Club |
provides an opportunity for members of the local community to come together to increase their knowledge and enjoyment of all aspects of gardening and horticulture. The club also schedules field trips to nurseries, flower shows, greenhouses, and other places of interest. Volunteer projects, such as our daffodil planting program, make a positive contribution to the community.

of Valley Center focuses primarily on creating, promoting and furthering interest in horticulture, gardening, floral and landscape design, plants and wildlife and an appreciation of the natural beauty of their area. They also encourage civic beautification and conservation of our natural resources.

Fleurs de League |
of La Jolla was founded in 1971 to stimulate and encourage the knowledge and love of gardening. It aids in the protection, preservation, culture, and beautification of San Diego County. They study all aspects of the fine art of horticulture, learn more about, and aid in, the conservation of natural resources.

Hidden Meadows Garden Club |
of Escondido is organized to increase the popularity of our common interests in plants, gardening and our community. We hope to add new members so we may share our ideas with others while building a strong community spirit. We also want to have fun while we are together and working on projects, by developing relationships with friends and neighbors.

Lake Hodges Native Plant Club |
was founded by Dorris Baur on September 20, 1982. The goal of the club is to increase appreciation, knowledge and enjoyment of native and drought-resistant plants, encourage their propagation and preservation, protect indigenous wild life, support water conservation and promote the establishment of a native plant preserve. Our mission statement is: Preservation, conservation, and education about the native plants of Southern California.

Mission Hills Garden Club |
The Mission Hills Garden Club was established in the early 1990's to bring together those neighbors and friends who had an interest in gardening and community beautification. The club is unique in that the monthly meetings with speakers are held in the evening, allowing an eclectic group to attend and enjoy sharing their knowledge and interests. Besides monthly meetings, many member events are held throughout the year. Coffee in the Garden, Wine in the Garden, field trips and workshops round out their offerings. The Mission Hills Garden Club has created a mechanism called the San Diego Urban Tree Club whereby one can either plant or donate money to plant trees within San Diego. Point Loma Garden Club |
are a group of fun-loving people who like to garden and create floral arrangements. They hold monthly meeting to discuss topics of interest to hobbyist and professional gardeners. Activities include speakers, plant sales and sharing, craft-making, field trips, and social gatherings. Each meeting is preceded by a potluck brunch.

Ramona Garden Club |
meets at noon on the second Wednesday of each month at the Ramona Womens Club located at 524 Main Street. Each month features a speaker on a garden related topic (excluding July/Aug & Dec). Refreshments, a door prize, plant swapping, plant sales and an opportunity drawing are also featured.

San Dieguito Garden Club |
of Encinitas was organized on March 29, 1960 and federated on May, 1973. Their purpose is to Cultivate Friendship Through Gardening. The club is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes and to coordinate and further activities of State Garden Clubs and similar organizations both in the United States and foreign countries.

is a group for people interested in herbs, from novice to professional, and in between. Through monthly meetings and special events, they explore, learn, teach and experience herbs as garden plants, their culinary, craft and medicinal uses, as well as their history and folklore.

Village Garden Club of La Jolla |
founded in 1974 by a small group of women with fresh ideas and much enthusiasm. Now, 34 years later we have a strong membership of 400, each contributing and sharing their own unique talents. We meet in La Jolla, California. Our club is one of the most dynamic in the Palomar District, providing an outstanding schedule of programs, field trips, workshops and other activities throughout the year.
