CCSE is a leading  agency in electric and alternative fuel education and outreach throughout the state of California. In addition to clean vehicle incentive programs, CCSE plays a leadership role in plug-in electric vehicle  ( PEV) research, regional  PEV planning, the development of alternative fuel and vehicle technologies and infrastructure development.

CCSE’s Transportation Team has extensive experience in alternative fuel policy development, market development and planning. We work closely with local, state and national energy agencies, vehicle manufacturers and alternative fuel suppliers across all of our programs.
