California is the ninth largest emitter of carbon dioxide in the world and a full third of that carbon dioxide comes from fossil fuel-burning vehicles. CCSE is committed to educating Californians on the benefits of alternative fuel vehicles, while providing financial rebates through programs that promote a sustainable energy future.
