Roush CleanTech and Ferrell Gas have partnered with CCSE to provide a propane fueled F250 pick-up truck to power CCSE’s Residential Energy Roadshow, a mobile exhibit about home energy efficiency, solar and alternative transportation.
Over the next 18 months, using the ROUSH CleanTech liquid propane autogas fuel system, CCSE will transport the exhibit to community events throughout San Diego, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Vehicles powered by propane autogas emit up to 24% fewer greenhouse gasses, 20% less Nitrogen Oxide (NOX), and significantly fewer particulates. All of this can help improve the air we breath and lower the emissions footprint of commercial fleets around the country. Propane autogas also costs 30% to 40% less than gasoline.
