The California Center for Sustainable Energy (CCSE) has formally published guidelines and their acceptance of electronic signatures used on California Solar Initiative (CSI) documentation. Electronic signatures have the potential to greatly improve the speed and efficiency at which contractors can complete the CSI incentive process and potentially save significant time and money for these companies. In order to be consistent in the review and approval of electronic signatures, CCSE published these guidelines for contractors to follow as they select an electronic signature provider and begin using this technology.

"It's been great! My 'little' 1.9KW system is on its way to generating over 2900KWH for the year, more than 100% of our consumption. The State rebate was of great assistance in getting the system installed."
-Robert Hingtgen
