The City of Palo Alto offers an incentive program for residential and commercial solar water heating with CSE serving as its administrator.

California Solar Initiative

Through CSI, the California Public Utilities Commission provides over 200 million dollars in incentives to help businesses, nonprofit organizations, public agencies and homeowners lower their energy costs, reduce their reliance on fossil fuels and create a sustainable energy future supported by solar technologies in the San Diego region.
