Clean Energy Financing Advisory Council - California

CSE formed the Clean Energy Financing Advisory Council (CEFAC) in 2016 as an impartial forum focused on stimulating California’s clean energy marketplace through greater awareness of project financing, education and innovation. It was a consortium of nonprofit organizations, government agencies and public programs with CSE serving as the council’s facilitator.

The council hosted bimonthly forums across California featuring guest speakers who examined specific financing topics to convey clean energy news and energy financing market trends. The aim was for attendees to learn about clean energy financing, network and create new opportunities to increase the volume of energy efficiency upgrades in California.
