Today's workshop will take an in depth look at solar thermal collectors, their performance factors and limits.
Representatives from 2 or 3 different collector manufacturers will describe their collectors. We’ll discuss important performance factors such as flow rate, incident angle modifier, efficiency parameters, surface coatings, “emptying behavior”, etc.
Will discuss which types of collectors are the best choice, European collector rating compared to the U.S. method, potential collector damage, how to prevent it, and more.
This edition of Skip's Tips is for an advanced audience level.
PLEASE NOTE: This event will be held at the Energy Innovation Center.
