Senior Director
John Gartner has been researching and evaluating transformative energy and digital technologies for more than 30 years, including the last 12 years focusing on sustainable mobility and transportation electrification. He provides strategic guidance on CSE transportation programs, research efforts and consulting throughout the nation. John has an M.S. in education from Arcadia University and a B.A. in statistics from Temple University.
