Andrew Chesser has spent his professional career in the operations and management field. At CSE, he oversees transportation incentive programs in Connecticut, Delaware and Massachusetts. Prior to joining CSE, he spent 15 years in the front office of Minor League Baseball, most recently serving as president & general manager of a Houston Astros farm team.
