Vlad Ulitovsky is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 25 years’ experience in the construction and government contracting industries. At CSE, he oversees accounting and financial reporting and ensures adherence to government compliance standards. Previously, Vlad held leadership roles at large construction companies. He is a licensed CPA in Delaware and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.
