Chief Technology Officer
Sergey Blyashov has over 20 years of executive, operations and technology experience managing the development of high-value software solutions across diverse industries and platforms. At CSE, he leads a team of product managers, business analysts, software developers and designers who build and manage CSE’s product portfolio and corporate and client websites. Prior to CSE, Sergey served in leadership roles in a variety of companies. He has a master’s degree in computer and information sciences from Rostov Technical Institute.
