Devine "DJ" Johnson is a recently retired naval officer with 20+ years’ experience in operations, engineering and installation management. He has led numerous strategic initiatives to enhance operational readiness for the Department of Defense. At CSE, he oversees several large-scale electric vehicle incentive programs for transportation network companies such as Uber and Lyft. He holds a B.S. in electronics technology from Norfolk State University and a M.S. in information technology from the Naval Postgraduate School.
