Danielle Reyes

Danielle Reyes is a partner at Holland & Knight and a financial services regulatory and transactional attorney with extensive experience in bank regulatory compliance, state licensing requirements, bank partnership agreements, sustainable finance, the Community Reinvestment Act, financial inclusion, business and human rights and corporate sustainability reporting. In addition to practicing at three global law firms, Danielle served for nearly a decade as in-house counsel at a large financial institution. She currently serves as co-chair of the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s Corporate Sustainability Law Committee.
