Onay Payne is a finance and real estate executive with over 25 years managing multibillion-dollar portfolios and driving impact-aligned performance for institutional investors. She most recently served as senior managing director and portfolio manager at Manulife Investment Management and previously spent 19 years as an equity partner and managing director at Clarion Partners. Onay champions private capital as a critical partner in the social infrastructure that ultimately benefits both communities and investors, carrying her inclusively capitalist investment philosophy into her board service. She chairs the Audit & Finance Committee of the internationally renowned Mark Morris Dance Group and holds degrees from Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
