San Bernardino Countywide Zero-Emission Vehicle Readiness & Implementation Plan

The San Bernardino Countywide Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Readiness and Implementation Plan is helping government agencies in the San Bernardino region to develop locally informed, actionable approaches to removing barriers to ZEV adoption.

The plan will serve as a road map to locating ZEV infrastructure to support the county’s projected 82,500 ZEVs by 2025. An informal working group consisting of San Bernardino Council of Governments (SBCOG) member cities and representatives is assisting in identifying charging station deployment opportunities and potential shovel-ready projects. The final plan will provide associated costs and guidance documents that can be used as guidelines for future ZEV infrastructure and grant opportunities in other regions.
