Boyang Sa leads the development of the CSE-invented Caret^® EV Infrastructure Planner, a geospatial decision-making software platform for determining the optimal location for EV chargers to meet clients’ unique objectives. He also is responsible for data science projects for CSE-administered transportation and distributed energy programs, including the nation’s largest state EV charging incentive program, largest EV rebate program and largest solar equity program. He has a Ph.D. in urban planning, specializing in sustainable transportation infrastructure, climate change, and social equity and justice.
