Sonja Meintsma

Project Manager

Sonja Meintsma focuses on electrifying transportation, particularly in underserved communities. At CSE, she leads program design and implementation for the California Drivers Assistance Program, which will provide incentives to help low- and moderate-income rideshare drivers access to financial incentives to buy or lease a zero-emission vehicle. She joined CSE from the Joint Office for Energy and Transportation, where she served as a deployment manager. Her experience also includes serving as a project manager and senior grant manager for Drive Clean Colorado.
