Bailey Muller oversees the largest statewide EV infrastructure incentive program in the nation, the California Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Project (CALeVIP). As senior manager, she leads incentive program design and coordinates a team that provides technical assistance, outreach, incentive awards and reporting. She also oversees a PECO program in Pennsylvania demonstrating the viability of EV charger make-ready rebates for commercial and industrial customers. Her 10+ years of EV industry experience includes working on EV readiness for the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
