Brian Noyes

Technical Project Manager

Brian is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 10 years of leadership, engineering and program management experience across the defense, federal and clean energy sectors. At the Center for Sustainable Energy, he provides technical and programmatic leadership for some of the nation's largest electric vehicle and electric vehicle charging incentive programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.
