For 15 years, Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE) was the sole administrator of the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP), a statewide initiative of the California Air Resources Board that provided incentives for purchasing or leasing zero-emission and plug-in hybrid light-duty vehicles. CVRP closed to new applications Nov. 8, 2023.
CSE is the statewide administrator for the Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electric Vehicles (MOR-EV) program that provides air pollution emission reductions for the commonwealth by increasing use of zero-emission electric vehicles.
